What if something happens to you?
A fair question that every managing director asks. The answer: every system is documented, credentials are stored securely on your side, the infrastructure is covered together with our network and security partner, and the delivery is backed by the company PETER HOLDING s.r.o., not a single person. Another supplier can take over the system.
FAQ
Do you work with international companies?
Yes. We can be the local IT partner for your Czech operation and work alongside group IT – on site in the Moravian-Silesian Region, otherwise online.
In which language do we communicate?
English or Czech for meetings, documentation and reports. Slovak and Polish written communication is also fine.
How quickly can you start?
A consultation usually within a week. We confirm a project start date after the audit, based on current capacity – we would rather give you a later date than miss a promised one.
Who will work on the project?
Adam Peter and colleagues from the AP Development team, together with a partner for networking and security. No account manager handing your brief on to someone else.
