How we handle your data

What data we process
Data you send us via the form, email or phone: name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message. When you book a slot via Google Calendar, also the data entered in the booking.
Technical data about your visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. Analytics data (Google Analytics 4) is processed only with your consent.
Why and on what legal basis
To reply to your message and prepare a quote – legitimate interest and steps prior to entering into a contract.
To perform a contract and meet legal obligations (accounting, tax).
To improve the website and measure campaigns – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
How long
We keep form messages for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact unless a contract follows. Contractual and accounting documents for the period required by law. Analytics cookies for a maximum of 2 years.
Who we share data with
Only with processors that help us operate: our hosting and email provider, an email delivery service (SendGrid), Google (Calendar, Analytics) and our accountant. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Technical cookies (session, language, consent record) are necessary for the website to work. Google Analytics 4 cookies are used only with consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz) or the supervisory authority in your country.
