Client Dashboard
Your company's entire IT, clearly in one place.
Client Dashboard is the AP Development client portal. It shows the status of servers, storage and other technical resources in your company, open tasks and your tickets. Data is collected automatically via API.
“Finally I can see what state our IT is in.”
Where it hurts today
- You only know as much about your servers and backups as someone tells you.
- IT requests get lost in e-mails and phone calls.
- Nobody knows what runs on which server and what it is for.
- A full disk or a stopped service only shows up once something breaks.
What changes
Information scattered across spreadsheets and heads
Servers, disks and services clearly on one screen
A request made by phone
A ticket in the app with status and history
Manual capacity checks
Data collected automatically via API with colour-coded alerts
Only the administrator has the overview
Role-based access for management and your IT
What the app does
- 01
Resource monitoring
Physical and virtual servers, storage, disks and services in a visual diagram and a table, including the links between them.
- 02
Tickets and tasks
Create a request directly in the app and see its status. Open tasks are listed in the same place.
- 03
Data collection API
Servers report disk and service status through a secured API, so the overview is always up to date without manual entry.
- 04
Access and multiple companies
User accounts with roles and separate data for each company, for example a whole group of companies.
Technical view
For IT teams: how the app is built.
- Web application in PHP 8 on our Bet framework, MySQL / MariaDB database
- REST API for collecting server data: tokens with permissions, IP restrictions and expiry
- A short script on the server (PowerShell or bash) reports status over HTTPS
- E-mail and password login, administrator and viewer roles, protection against repeated attempts
- Each company's data is kept separate, changes are written to an audit log
FAQ
Who is Client Dashboard for?
For companies whose IT we manage. We set up access for management and your IT team, and everyone sees only their own company's data.
Do we need to install anything on our servers?
For automatic data collection, a short script on the server reports status through the secured API. We take care of the setup.
How do we submit a request?
After logging in, you create a ticket directly in the app. You can see its status without digging through e-mails.
Who can access the data?
Only users we grant access to. The app is protected by login and each company's data is kept separate.
