Key decision

One supplier and one contract for all IT: network, servers, backups, workstations and printers. The monthly fee covers routine management. Larger projects, such as a network upgrade or new servers, get a separate quote up front, so the company knows what it is paying for.

Faster virtual servers

Virtualisation and virtual disk optimisation. Server applications respond faster.

Network upgrade

New network devices, full coverage across the company and central management of the whole network.

Production machine backups

Disk image backups of production machines. After a failure the system is restored from backup, not reinstalled from scratch.

New VPS servers

Installation and configuration of new Linux and Windows virtual servers.

Information display

A TV information display driven by a small computer, with content updated remotely.

Routine management

Workstations, kiosks and printers, updates, hardware and software issues, backups and monitoring. On site and remotely.
